Best time to travel
The best time to visit the Daintree Rainforest is between May and October, during the dry season. During these months, temperatures are pleasantly warm and rainfall is lower, making conditions ideal for activities such as hiking, boat trips and exploring the region’s diverse wildlife. From November to April, it is the rainy season, with high humidity and frequent downpours — though these also make the waterfalls especially spectacular and the rainforest feel at its most alive.
