Through medical care, a balanced diet, and personalized support, the project lays the foundation for a healthy start in life and sustainable prospects for local families.

    Rhino Care | Kenya

    “Protecting a rhino means protecting an entire ecosystem.”

    Through Rhino Care, the ZEITZ Foundation supports the development and long-term protection of the Segera Rhino Sanctuary in Kenya. The project helps protect endangered black rhinos and their habitats, secure wildlife corridors, and promote sustainable conservation in partnership with local communities. Segera is part of Kenya’s Rhino Range Expansion Plan and is set to become one of the most important rhino conservation areas in East Africa in the long term.

    “Every protected turtle contributes to the preservation of a unique ecosystem.”

    Together with Fregate Island, we support the protection of land and sea turtles and their nesting sites in the Seychelles. The project promotes habitat conservation and contributes to the long-term restoration of the islands’ unique ecosystems.

    Save the Olives | Italy

    “Centuries-old olive trees are living witnesses to history.”

    Millions of olive trees in Apulia are threatened by the Xylella bacterium. The Save the Olives initiative is saving centuries-old trees through a scientifically supervised treatment program lasting about three years. This involves preparing the soil, grafting resistant olive varieties onto the trees, and carefully monitoring their development over several years until they are healthy and resilient again.

    With Sumba Smiles in Karang Indah, we have taken on a project close to our hearts that we support long-term and out of our own conviction.

    A portion of The Family Project’s proceeds is regularly donated to the program. In addition, we organize targeted fundraising campaigns, the proceeds of which directly benefit the local community. In this way, together with you, we hope to help even more mothers and children get a healthy start in life.
