The best time to visit the Liwa Desert is between September and April. During these months, temperatures are pleasant and allow for a wide range of desert activities. The desert air is also ideal for stargazing at this time, as the skies are especially clear. These months are perfect for experiencing the Liwa Desert’s mystical beauty and profound stillness. Do bear in mind that nights from December to Februaryy can be very cool, though the days more than compensate with glorious temperatures.
