About the hotel
Constance Lemuria was newly renovated in autumn 2016 and is a member of the "Leading Hotels of the World". This elegant five-star hotel is idyllically set between three of the most beautiful sandy beaches and lush tropical vegetation in the north-west of Praslin. It blends harmoniously into its paradise-like surroundings and is home to the Seychelles’ only 18-hole championship golf course. Among the resort’s distinctive features are its own tortoise sanctuary and its proximity to some of the world’s finest diving grounds. At the Constance Kids Club at Constance Lemuria, children enjoy a holiday filled with adventure and delight. Nature in its purest form. This breathtaking resort unfolds across a spectacular expanse framed by three extraordinary beaches and dreamlike sunsets. A resort able to offer views like these is truly rare. Particularly impressive are the luxurious villas with private pools at the far end of the long Anse Kerlan beach. They offer not only a great deal of privacy, but are also ideal for families and come with the attentive care of a dedicated villa host.
Best time to travel
The best time to visit Praslin is between May and October, when the weather is dry and temperatures are pleasantly warm. During this period, the southeast trade winds bring a wonderfully comfortable climate. Humidity is lower and the seas are calmer, creating perfect conditions for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
The second-best time to visit is from March to May and November, during the transition between the trade winds. The weather is warm and the underwater world is exceptionally clear, ideal for diving and snorkelling excursions.
Even outside these periods, the Seychelles is well worth visiting, as rainfall is often brief and usually falls at night.

Praslin can be reached from Mahé in 20 minutes by plane. The limousine transfer to the hotel takes 10 minutes. The hotel also has its own helipad.
