The best time to visit the Amalfi Coast is between May and October, when the weather is warm and sunny. May, June and September are especially pleasant, with mild temperatures and a more relaxed atmosphere before the region becomes too crowded. Those who enjoy hiking or exploring the coast from the water should favour the shoulder seasons, when the scenery and picturesque towns can be enjoyed at a gentler pace.
