Kids & Teens
During the holidays, children and teenagers aged 6 to 15 can enjoy a varied programme with exciting outdoor activities such as canoeing, high ropes courses, archery, geocaching, mountain-bike rallies and much more! There are also football camps led by youth coaches from Bundesliga clubs VfB Stuttgart and RB Leipzig. At the Kids Club for children aged 2 to 5, little ones are cared for and entertained with warmth by experienced childcare professionals.

In summer, hiking and mountain biking tours reveal the beauty of the captivating alpine landscape. In winter, Schloss Elmau becomes a paradise for skiers and snowshoe walkers. Schloss Elmau is our favourite hotel in Germany and simply a dream! Immerse yourself in pure luxury, surrounded by breathtaking lakes, clear rivers and majestic mountains. Experience Bavarian idyll, visit fascinating museums dedicated to Franz Marc and Wassily Kandinsky, or admire the opulent castles of King Ludwig II. The highlight: an outstanding children’s programme and a wonderful cultural offering for the whole family. Unwind in one of the six spas – three of them designed especially for families and offering younger guests a beautiful sense of wellbeing too. The gourmet restaurants indulge the palate, while a cosy fondue by the fire brings the perfect family holiday to a close.

From Innsbruck Airport in Austria, the drive takes around 45 minutes. From Munich Airport, the castle can be reached in around 1 ½ hours. Schloss Elmau is happy to arrange airport pick-up.
