The best time to visit Tokyo is from March to May and from October to November. In spring (March to May), visitors can experience the famous cherry blossom season, when the city is awash with soft pink blooms. Temperatures are mild and the weather is pleasant, making visits to the city’s many parks and historic sites especially enjoyable. In autumn (October to November), the weather is similarly pleasant and the city is defined by vivid autumn colours, creating ideal conditions for exploration and cultural experiences.
