Tintswalo Atlantic

About the hotel

A true gem on the edge of Cape Town, Tintswalo Atlantic is a boutique hotel set below Table Mountain National Park. Built at the foot of Chapman’s Peak directly beside a pebble beach, this award-winning boutique lodge is an ideal base for discovering the Western Cape. Each suite reflects an island of a particular country through its own individual décor and distinctive design. It is conceived as a tribute to the beauty of nature and the rich heritage of the surrounding area. It follows naturally, then, that every suite enjoys breathtaking views of picturesque Hout Bay Harbour, dramatic Sentinel Peak and the Atlantic Ocean beyond.

Kids & Teens

The hotel warmly welcomes children of all ages, though it does not offer a dedicated children’s programme. Even so, the region offers countless activities and excursions, ensuring families enjoy a wonderful stay. A visit to Cape Point Ostrich Farm (ostrich farm) or a trip to Kalk Bay Harbour, where children can watch seals and discover more marine life, is sure to delight your child. Beach adventures and a visit to Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, with its many attractions for little ones, also promise memorable hours together.

Experiences & Activities

At Tintswalo Atlantic, a wealth of experiences awaits: enjoy exclusive spa treatments by the sea and savour delicious tapas at Chefs Warehouse. Set out on guided walks along the spectacular coastline, visit Hout Bay or enjoy a romantic sunset boat trip. Particularly magical is the whale watching, where you can encounter these giants of the sea at close quarters. Sparkling stars above the Atlantic and the soothing sound of the waves make every evening unforgettable.
