The best time to visit Stellenbosch, the heart of South Africa’s wine country, is from March to May and from September to November. During these periods, the weather is pleasantly mild – ideal for wine tours and tastings. In autumn (March to May), visitors can experience the magic of the harvest and the vineyards dressed in golden hues.
