Best time to travel
The best time to visit Nyungwe Forest in Rwanda is between June and September, as well as December to Februaryy. These dry periods create the best conditions for gorilla and chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe’s dense forests. The clear, dry conditions make the trails easier to navigate and offer good chances to discover the forest’s rich flora and fauna.

Nyungwe Forest
Nyungwe Forest National Park enchants visitors with its dense rainforest, rich biodiversity and fascinating wildlife.
