Best time to travel
The best time to visit Benguerra Island in Mozambique is between April and October. During this dry period, warm sunny days and clear nights create perfect conditions for a tropical island escape. Temperatures are pleasant and the chance of rain is low, making this an ideal time for beach activities such as swimming, diving and sailing.
Conditions are also ideal for whale and dolphin watching at this time, especially in September and October, when marine life moves through the waters around the island.
