Best time to travel
Fiji enjoys a tropical, warm climate year-round, with temperatures between 26 and 31 degrees Celsius. The best time to visit is from May to October, when the weather is dry, sunny and pleasantly warm. These months offer ideal conditions for beach days, snorkelling and diving, as well as island-hopping adventures. The period from November to April is warmer and more humid, with short but intense downpours and higher humidity. Tropical storms can also occur during this season; however, many travellers still choose to visit in the low season, when the landscape is especially lush and resorts often offer attractive rates.
