About the Private Yacht

Dunia Baru is a luxurious 51-metre Phinisi superyacht, blending traditional Indonesian craftsmanship with contemporary comfort. Crafted from premium ulin ironwood by the renowned Konjo boatbuilders of South Sulawesi, she accommodates up to 14 guests across seven exquisitely designed cabins. The interiors are generously proportioned and finished with refined Sunbrella fabrics, creating an inviting space to unwind. A particular highlight is the open kitchen with its Teppanyaki grill, flowing seamlessly into the spacious outdoor dining area and setting the scene for convivial gatherings. The upper-deck master suite features a private study, sweeping panoramic views and its own terrace for intimate breakfasts or open-air massages.

Kids & Teens

Dunia Baru is ideal for families, with a wealth of activities designed for children and teenagers. The crew is highly experienced with younger guests, ensuring children are looked after safely and engagingly throughout the journey. On board, a range of water toys awaits, including an inflatable water slide, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and a Sunfish sailing dinghy for hours of fun. Children can also discover Indonesia’s captivating underwater world while snorkelling or diving, always under the supervision of experienced instructors.

Best time to travel

The ideal time to travel depends on the region in question:
Komodo is sailed during the dry summer months from May to October, when calm seas, exceptional underwater visibility and pleasant temperatures create perfect conditions for yacht cruises, diving and nature exploration.

Raja Ampat, by contrast, is best explored in the winter months from November to April, when comparatively stable weather and excellent diving conditions prevail.
Thanks to this seasonal change of route, the yacht makes it possible to explore Indonesia’s most beautiful places all year round – always at the ideal moment.

    Destination region

Komodo National Park & Raja Ampat

This exceptional yacht sails through two of Indonesia’s most fascinating regions: Komodo and Raja Ampat.

In the summer months, she explores Komodo National Park between Flores and Sumbawa, a UNESCO-protected landscape of rugged hills, turquoise waters and deserted beaches. The region is world-famous for its Komodo dragons and is also one of the finest diving and snorkelling destinations on earth, with manta rays, sharks, vibrant coral reefs and thrilling drift dives.

In the winter months, the route leads to Raja Ampat in northwestern Papua – a near-pristine island world of thousands of karst islets, lush jungle and crystal-clear lagoons. Raja Ampat is regarded as the most biodiverse marine region in the world and captivates with spectacular underwater landscapes, traditional villages and a rare blend of adventure, tranquillity and authenticity.
