Best time to travel
The best time to visit KwaZulu-Natal is from May to September, during the dry season with mild, sunny weather – ideal for safaris and outdoor adventures. October to April is equally appealing, with warm temperatures and occasional rain, perfect for beach stays and flourishing landscapes. All year round, the region offers exceptional experiences from safari to coast.
The flight from Germany to Durban takes around 11 hours. From Durban, transfer directly to Phinda Private Game Reserve by domestic flight or private vehicle.
