Originally designed in the 15th century by the Sienese architect Baldassare Tommaso Peruzzi for the distinguished Chigi family, the villa has been carefully restored to balance its historic character with modern comfort. With five elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the villa accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children. An infinity pool, an expansive outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, and generous gardens create the perfect balance of relaxation and Italian joie de vivre. As part of the Como Castello Del Nero collection, it promises exceptional service and luxurious amenities.

Best time to travel
The best time to visit Chianti is from April to June and from September to October. During these months, the weather is pleasantly mild, ideal for walks and exploring the wine country.
Villa San Luigi is reached via Florence Airport (FLR), around 1 hour and 30 minutes from the resort. Alternatively, Pisa Airport (PSA) can be used, around 2 hours away. Direct flights from Germany to Florence and Pisa are available.
Chianti
