Schmiedalm is an exclusive luxury chalet in Saalbach Hinterglemm, Austria, offering 370 m² of living space for up to 10 guests. Set across three floors are several bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a generous living area with open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Its location at 1,300 metres above sea level provides direct access to the ski slope and impressive panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. A private wellness area with heated outdoor pool and sauna completes the offering.

Schmiedalm is ideal for families with children and teenagers. The generous indoor and outdoor spaces offer plenty of room to play and explore. In winter, the chalet’s direct slope-side setting ensures easy access to ski lessons and winter sports. In summer, hiking trails and mountain bike routes invite adventure. On request, the chalet team can arrange special programmes and services for children to make every stay even more varied and engaging.

Saalbach-Hinterglemm is an excellent destination all year round. In winter, it offers ideal conditions for skiing and tobogganing. In spring, summer and autumn, the area draws active travellers for hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking.

    Travel is via Salzburg International Airport, followed by an approximately 1.5-hour drive to Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Alternatively, arrival by train to the nearby station in Zell am See is also possible.
