Best time to travel
The best time to visit Paxos is in early summer (May and June), when temperatures are pleasantly warm, the landscape is in full bloom and the island feels less crowded. Alternatively, late summer (September) is ideal, as the sea reMayns warm and the high season has passed. For a quieter stay, April and October are also lovely choices, with mild weather and a more peaceful feel across the island.
Arkoudaki is easy to reach: the island of Paxos can be accessed via Corfu Airport followed by a ferry crossing. From there, a private transfer takes you to the villa.
Paxos
Paxos, the smallest of the Ionian Islands, lies south of Corfu in Greece. Known for its unspoilt beauty, the island is a paradise for travellers seeking relaxation away from mass tourism. Paxos offers crystal-clear waters, picturesque villages such as Gaios, Loggos and Lakka, and a coastline shaped by white cliffs and hidden coves. Blanketed in olive groves, the island has a peaceful and deeply authentic atmosphere. A highlight is exploring the blue caves and the uninhabited neighbouring island of Antipaxos.
