The estate consists of two villas with a total of 15 suites, spread generously across a vast property. Clean-lined architecture, open living spaces and abundant outdoor room define the overall feel. Several terraces and two pools offer different spaces to settle into throughout the day. Its layout makes the property especially well suited to families and groups. A dedicated team supports your stay, taking care of service and organisation throughout.

Children and teenagers can take part in sporting activities or simply enjoy the estate freely. The surrounding area also offers nature experiences that can be woven easily into the stay. Alongside fitness, yoga and tennis, ÀNI Sri Lanka also offers a wealth of excursions along the south coast. In the Indian Ocean, private surf lessons, snorkelling and diving trips, as well as catamaran cruises for dolphin and – in season – blue whale watching, can all be arranged. Those keen to encounter wildlife on land can visit national parks such as Yala, Udawalawe or Bundala. Best time to travel
For the south coast around Dickwella, the months from December to April are considered the best time to visit. During this period, the weather is usually sunny, warm and comparatively dry, with calmer seas and good conditions for beach and water-based activities. This time is especially well suited to beach stays, excursions and water sports. Between May and September, the south-west monsoon can bring more frequent rain and stronger surf, although the region reMayns accessible overall.

Arrival is by flight to Colombo, usually with a connection. From there, continue by transfer to the south coast near Dickwella. Depending on traffic, the journey takes around 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

The region is noticeably quieter than many other stretches of the island's coastline and is defined by long beaches, small bays and tropical vegetation.
