The ideal time for this journey through Egypt is between October and April. During these months, temperatures are pleasant and perfectly suited to cultural sightseeing in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, as well as a relaxed Nile cruise. At the same time, the Red Sea also offers excellent conditions in winter for beach stays, snorkelling and diving.

Travel is generally via a direct or connecting flight to Cairo. All further stages within Egypt are comfortably covered by domestic flight, private transfer or as part of the Nile cruise. Your return journey, or an extended stay by the Red Sea, is via Hurghada Airport.
