Your arrival is met with a warm welcome at Iquitos International Airport. Afterwards, enjoy a city tour and welcome lunch before boarding Aqua Nera, settling into your spacious suite and beginning your journey.
Set out early in the morning for a day of birdwatching along the Marañon River. In an Amazon village, meet local residents before swimming or kayaking in the Yanayacu-Pucate River and keeping watch for the legendary pink dolphins.
A full-day adventure awaits on the Samiria River, where you can fish, explore the jungle and spot pink river dolphins. A picnic lunch completes the symphony of the jungle.
On the Nauta Caño River, you explore the wildlife on an excursion and set off on a jungle walk to discover the flora and fauna. In the evening, meet the crew who help shape your exceptional experience on board.
After a visit to the local market, enjoy breakfast aboard Aqua Nera. On the way to the airport, visit the Manatee Rescue Center and bid farewell to your cruise.

The best time to travel on Aqua Nera in the Amazon is from June to November. The dry season offers ideal conditions for wildlife spotting and excursions on land. From December to May, the rainy season transforms the Amazon into a vast water labyrinth, perfect for exploring by boat and enjoying spectacular encounters with nature.

Travel to Aqua Nera begins with a flight to Iquitos, usually via Lima, followed by a domestic flight to Coronel FAP Francisco Secada Vignetta International Airport. On arrival, you are warmly welcomed by the crew and transferred privately into central Iquitos, where you enjoy a city tour and welcome lunch before continuing to the port of Nauta. There, you board Aqua Nera and begin your adventure on the Amazon.
